Phonetic notation, transcriptions, drum rolls

The transcriptions shown here are exactly those used in the ALD-I. As these transcriptions are six to seven years older than the DAT-recordings compiled by Helga Böhmer, a few isolated deviations between the responses and the respective transcriptions are possible.

Two additional technical remarks:

The phonetic alphabet used in this corpus (Böhmer-Ascoli-AIS system) is explained with detailed schemes and explicative lists at the beginning of all four ALD-I volumes;
Drum roll is inserted in all cases where the 1992-1994 recordings did not contain quality samples for a transcription already existing.
